The Position

Marketing Enabler (Product Manager/Marketing Manager) - Neurology

Location: Warsaw, Poland, hybrid, up to 30% of the time travelling required

The opportunity:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for assigned products or therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with the broader ecosystem and business objectives.

  • Support the creation and adaptation of local Therapeutic Area communication content, including digital platforms, to maximize outreach and engagement.

  • Analyze scientific data and market insights to guide product positioning and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) to identify and implement solutions tailored to local patient needs and opportunities.

  • Collaborate globally and locally with cross‑functional teams, including Digital and Network colleagues, to address challenges and drive innovation.

  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with timelines.

  • Lead or organise marketing training initiatives and support successful product launches.

Who you are:

  • Proven marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, life sciences, or FMCG industry. Experience in neurology‑related product management or marketing, especially in the field of multiple sclerosis (MS), will be considered a strong asset.

  • Strong understanding of digital landscapes and familiarity with content creation.

  • Growth mindset with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and thrive in an agile environment.

  • Collaborative, culturally agile, and skilled in influencing and partnering with diverse stakeholders across networks.

  • Proficient in English and fluent in Polish to engage effectively in a global and local context.
