Forge&Frost HR Consulting is looking for a Marketing Content Specialist.

Location: Poznań

Industry: Automotive

Salary: 8,000 - 10,000 zł gross

Responsibilities:

• Producing contents and marketing materials in various formats within offline and online media and across various platforms, e.g.: advertisements, brochures, posters, videos, articles, technical bulletins, etc.
• Driving own development process in the production of the material - a holistic approach starting from the idea, knowledge acquisition, through production with various resources and stakeholders’ coordination, and up to the final materials launch both internally and externally, as well as follow up and maintenance
• Providing overall support for marketing & communication activities
• Leading small projects and assisting corporate projects
• Performing ad-hoc activities held globally and across the entire organization

Requirements and skills:

• Effortless communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Well-developed graphic skills (knowledge of graphic programs)
• Self-starter with a proactive approach
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Technical acumen that enables understanding of the automotive systems
• Ability to learn, formulate and express technical complexities clearly and to various audiences
• Flair to invent, design, and produce visually attractive and technically coherent communication
• Coordination skills - internal and external resources, incl. stakeholders, suppliers, and own assets/skills
• Engineering education or experience in the automotive industry is not a must but will be an important advantage
• Persistent and able to work with a trial-and-error approach
• Good social interaction property and willingness to work across various cultures and languages
• Experience in video production and pre-press processing will be an advantage
