Job summary

Madiff in Warszawa is seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join a large-scale banking programme developing a Corporate Credit Application System. You will perform end-to-end functional, integration, and API testing, crafting test scenarios and validating data flows.

You will work with developers, analysts, and business users, design test cases, run REST and SOAP testing with Postman or SoapUI, verify data with SQL, log defects, and contribute to delivery-quality improvements across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of software testing experience (manual, integration, or API).
• Hands-on with Postman, SoapUI, and SQL for validation.
• Familiarity with Jira and test management tools.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Polish and English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual, functional, and integration test scenarios.
• Perform REST and SOAP API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
• Validate data integrity through SQL queries.
• Log, track, and manage defects to closure.
• Participate in test planning, reviews, and release validation.
• Support automation initiatives and ensure adherence to testing standards.
