Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Matter Administration team to lead Matter Lifecycle Management. About The Role

Join us as a full-time Senior Product Manager on our Matter Administration team, focusing on Matter Lifecycle Management. We're on the hunt for a positive, motivated, and team-oriented individual with a go-getter attitude, boundless curiosity, and stellar communication skills. A “do-er.” As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our next-gen products aimed empowering our customers to run, optimize, and grow their Legal Data Intelligence practices. Your focus will be on developing product strategies and solutions that allow customers to start new matters, enrich those matters with intelligence for monitoring and reporting, track matter progress, and make optimal decisions about matter storage at the end of the lifecycle. You will directly manage a team of Product Managers and your leadership will impact research & design & development through launch with go-to-market strategy, implementation, and adoption.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

264 000 and 397 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
