Allegro Finance in Poznań is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Payouts & Banking Integration team. You will oversee a dedicated team of 6 software engineers, delivering core money-out movement and compliance systems for Poland's leading e-commerce platform.

You will champion technical integrity, autonomy in team organization, and the use of modern tooling and AI to automate tasks, while collaborating across Allegro Tech with Kubernetes, Docker, Consul, GitHub Actions.

Are you excited about leading high-scale backend engineering in the core fintech sector? Allegro Finance is searching for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our Payouts & Banking Integration team. You will be leading a dedicated team of 6 software engineers, driving the core money-out movement and compliance systems of Poland's dominant e-commerce payment platform.
