What We Need

Our finance team is growing, and we're looking for a Management Accountant to join our Krakow office. This hybrid role (office Tues-Thurs, remote Mon & Fri) offers the opportunity to own financial reporting, lead the monthly close process, support the group audit, and grow your expertise while working towards an accounting qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee the monthly financial & management reporting for Loopme Poland enitties.
  • Manage month-end close, including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L reviews, and variance analysis.
  • Complete bank reconciliations, staff expenses approval, and payroll administration via a third‑party provider.
  • Review monthly journals, intercompany, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Support annual accounts preparation, audits, and financial reporting for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide onboarding expense training for new employees.
  • Assist with ad hoc finance projects (e.g., audits, quarter/year‑end).
What You’ll Need
  • 2–5 years' experience in a finance role.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and quick decision‑making skills.
  • Studying towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or AAT qualification.
  • Experience in AdTech industry is a plus.
  • Flexible working schedule with a hybrid working model
