Jobgether is seeking a Video Editor VA (Long-Form Content) based in Poland. You will transform raw footage into polished long-form videos for international clients, managing editing from organization to delivery and revisions.

The role emphasizes pacing, audio/video quality, and light graphics across formats like podcasts and interviews. The position is a flexible, part-time contractor role, with 10–20 hours weekly, and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Experience editing long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, or training videos.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Strong sense of pacing, transitions, and production quality.
• Ability to edit, organize, and deliver revisions efficiently.
• Available for approximately 10–20 hours per week and flexible within client schedule.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video content, including episodes, interviews, podcasts, and training videos.
• Review and trim raw footage to create cohesive final videos.
• Maintain pacing, transitions, and visual consistency.
• Add text overlays, graphics, and light effects as required.
• Perform basic audio cleanup and color correction.
• Organize project files and deliverables; implement client feedback.
