Purpose of role:

We are seeking a dynamic, intelligent, and highly organized Logistics Specialist to provide effective and proactive administrative support to the Import/Export activities onsite. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of details, and takes pride in delivering on time.

Key responsibilities:

• Arranging international transport, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensuring that the shipping process is carried out correctly - from pricing to completion.
• Liaising with transport companies (road, sea, air freight forwarders)
• Preparation of documents necessary for customs clearance (import and export shipments)
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job knowledge/education and qualifications:

• Demonstrable shipping experience is desired.
• SAP ECC & EWM shipping skills are advantageous.
• Experience in a manufacturing shipping environment is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and logistics/supply chain coordination is required.
• Fluent Polish and upper-intermediate level of English (B2) is required.
