Job summary

3M in Wrocław is seeking a Logistics Senior Analyst to support the Logistics Execution Department. You will analyze and maintain logistic and transportation data, strive to meet SLA targets, and serve as the first line of support for end users, while collaborating to improve processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Previous experience working with SAP and TM

Job Description

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Previous experience working with SAP and TM

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience in process standardization, centralization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong project management skills (planning, execution, risk management, and delivery)

  • This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office.
