• Bonnes compétences analytiques et en reporting, avec capacité à créer des tableaux de bord et des présentations.
• Anglais écrit et parlé courant.
• Compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et coordination de projets.

Responsabilités

• Exécuter les activités d'approvisionnement et de transition en entrepôt à l'échelle européenne.
• Maintenir les modèles de coût, données fournisseurs et KPIs de service.
• Concevoir des templates, playbooks et dashboards via le Centre d'Excellence.
• Tracer et suivre les projets, et soutenir les évaluations fournisseurs.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, with completion estimated for mid-2027.* **Job Title** Logistics Assistant Procurement Manager – Europe & Centre of Excellence**Function** Procurement**Reports to** Logistics Procurement Manager – Europe Warehousing**Scope** Europe**Country Location and Worksite Details** Poland Katowickie Centrum Biznesu **JOB PURPOSE** This role exists to deliver two integrated accountabilities for Europe Logistics Procurement: executing assigned warehousing sourcing and transition activities, and owning Centre of Excellence standards, benchmarks, dashboards, templates, market intelligence and adoption tracking. The role will support the management of €160+ million spend across Europe warehousing and logistics while coordinating RFQs, bid analysis, supplier assessments, contracting documentation and implementation follow-up, and maintaining standard cost models, supplier and contract data, service KPIs, project trackers and value reporting. Working with European Logistics, Planning, Customer Operations, Finance, sites, procurement managers and providers, the role enables consistent execution, trusted data, reusable tools, digital procurement, analytics, process standardisation and capability building across the European logistics community. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute assigned Europe Warehousing sourcing and transition activities while owning Europe-wide Centre of Excellence standards, benchmarks, dashboards, templates, market intelligence and adoption tracking.* Coordinate RFQs, bid analysis, cost comparisons, supplier assessments, approvals, contracting documentation and implementation follow-up for assigned warehousing and logistics projects.* Maintain standard cost models, benchmarks, supplier and contract data, capacity information, service KPIs, project trackers and value reporting for Europe.* Support supplier performance reviews and corrective actions across service, inventory accuracy, capacity, productivity, safety, quality, sustainability and compliance.* Develop reusable templates, playbooks, dashboards, market updates and best-practice materials through the Centre of Excellence.* Partner with European Logistics, Planning, Customer Operations, Finance, sites, procurement managers and providers to support warehouse changes, transitions, capacity, disruption actions and adoption of common standards. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Relevant experience in Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, analytics or project support within a complex organisation.* Working knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics cost drivers, sourcing, supplier management and procurement governance.* Strong analytical, reporting, digital, presentation, project-management and stakeholder-coordination skills.* Fluent written and spoken English. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Exposure to European warehousing sourcing, transitions, capacity planning or supplier performance management.* Experience building dashboards, templates, playbooks, benchmarks or market-intelligence materials for wider team adoption.* Exposure to digital procurement, logistics analytics, process standardisation or capability-building initiatives.
