Revolut Ltd is expanding its Communications team and seeks a Localisation Specialist (Translator) to bring Polish-speaking customers content that is not just translated but truly localised and culturally relevant.

You will handle diverse content for app, website, and emails, maintain tone, meet daily volumes, and collaborate with global teams.

This remote role offers flexibility to work from home or abroad, with a competitive compensation package in PLN.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish (C2/native)
• Fluent in English (C1+))
• 2+ years of copywriter experience
• Bachelor’s degree in literature, journalism, marketing, or relevant field
• Experience with proofreading
• Knowledge of the fintech industry
• Ability to multitask
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset

We’re looking for a Localisation Specialist (Translator) to help us bring Revolut to Polish-speaking customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our content isn't just translated, but truly localised and culturally relevant to the market.

What you’ll be doing

• Copying HTML content
• Delivering high-quality copy adapted in your target language (transcription) for all types of content produced (app, website, emails, etc.)
• Ensuring daily volume expectations are met
• Adapting long-term strategic brand, tone, and vision to local markets, cultural differences, and perceptions
• Suggesting long-term strategic content projects
• Contributing to live translation updates, maintaining the brand’s tone of voice and strategic messaging that aligns to wider company goals

What you’ll need

• Fluency in Polish (C2/native level)
• Fluency in English (C1+ level)
• 2+ years of experience as a copywriter
• A bachelor’s degree in literature, journalism, marketing, or relevant field
• Experience with proofreading
• Knowledge of the fintech industry
• The ability to multitask
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• To be a critical thinker with a problem-solving personality

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN7,400 - PLN9,200 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
