Our client is an international investment firm specialising in credit markets, operating across Europe and the UK. The company manages multi-billion-dollar assets and focuses on delivering strong returns through a fundamental and analytical approach to credit investing. Due to dynamic growth, the organisation is expanding itsCompliance structureand opening a new position within its Warsaw office.
Responsibilities:
- maintain and update the loan portfolio, including processing drawdowns, accruals and key loan events,
- review agent notices, update repricing details and ensure accurate loan contract records,
- reconcile loan positions, cash movements, and accruals with administrators and third parties,
- allocate new loan trades and support the loan settlement process in ClearPar,
- review trade confirmations and coordinate with Legal/Analysts on transfer-related queries,
- monitor timelines, follow up with agents and counterparties, and ensure timely settlement of secondary loan trades,
- cooperate daily with Trading and the Administrator’s Loans teams.
Requirements:
- experience in corporate or syndicated loan operations, especially secondary loans,
- working knowledge of ClearPar and familiarity with LMA/LSTA loan standards,
- strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams,
- proactive, self-driven attitude and willingness to learn,
- very good command of English (daily cooperation with international teams),
- availability to work on-site 4 days per week from 9:00,
- readiness for occasional business trips to London.
