Job summary

TechTree, an international fintech lender, is launching in Kraków and seeking Loan Specialists to guide SME customers from initial inquiry through application, approval and funding.

You will deliver excellent service, hit sales targets, and communicate in Polish and English. A background in financial services sales (2–3 years) and strong negotiation skills are essential; French is a plus.

We're an international fintech lender on a mission to make funding faster and simpler for small businesses already operating in 11 countries. The role

Our Loan Specialists are integral to our success and are at the forefront of our customer engagement. Each Loan Specialist is responsible for guiding small business customers through their SME Business Loan journey, from understanding their needs, to supporting them throughout the application, approval, and settlement process.

You will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service while achieving strong sales results. With excellent communication skills in Polish and English (French highly regarded), you will ensure that every customer interaction is professional, supportive, and solution-oriented.

What you'll do

Conduct high volume inbound and outbound phone calls with potential and existing customers.

Contact pre-qualified customers to identify their funding needs and present tailored solutions.

Support customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is obtained and submitted to the Credit Team.

Present loan offers, explain terms clearly, and support smooth settlements.

Manage a growing sales pipeline with accuracy, organisation, and timeliness.

Provide an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless process from application through to funding.

What you bring

Fluency in Polish and English (both required)

2-3 years' experience in financial services in a sales role (e.g. lending, banking, insurance, or related).

Strong communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skills.

Confident and positive manner, especially over the phone.

High levels of motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.

Full-time.

Compensation: 90,000 - 216,000 PLN gross per year, plus uncapped commission (20-50%+ of loan origination volume).
