ARRISE is seeking a Risk Mathematician to ensure fair and secure gameplay across Live Casino products. You will verify game math, assess risks, and create automated Tableau reports to support daily risk monitoring.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree with 3+ years of experience and strong Python skills, plus English proficiency and solid analytical capabilities in a fast-paced, international context.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Solid understanding of probability and statistics relevant to game analysis and risk assessment.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Python skills.
• Strong math, statistics, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Advanced Excel, including VBA macros.
• Strong programming skills (Python, R, Julia, Matlab, etc.).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to clearly explain technical information.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze betting patterns of suspicious players.
• Monitor performance of game equipment (roulettes, dice, RNGs).
• Verify math files for existing and new Live Casino games.
• Identify and assess risks in Live Casino games.
• Build automated reports in Tableau for routine checks.
• Suggest new game ideas and improvements.
• Collaborate with Risk and Surveillance teams.
• Report daily activity to line manager.
