Job summary

Guidewire Software seeks a Program Owner focusing on Level 2 products and services. You will design and deliver readiness programs and coordinate across Guidewire teams for adoption by internal, customer, and partner personas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in enablement, learning & development, onboarding in enterprise software; 1–2 years facilitating live or virtual training.
• P&C insurance or enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Instructional design and facilitation with curriculum design, learning activities, and dynamic presentation.
• Working knowledge of AI tooling in instructional design.
• Strong business acumen in the insurance domain for relevance and adoption.
• Ability to plan and execute multi‑workstream programs; maintain weekly status in tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with adaptability.
• Operate within Guidewire values with integrity and collegiality.
• Proficient with Google Workspace; LMS analytics; authoring tools; AI tools; Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of programs to increase adoption of Level 2 products and capabilities.
• Defines persona-based learning for sales, customer success, services, support, and partners.
• Uses readiness methodology with needs assessments, readiness plans, and content curation.
• Designs content/format for live, virtual, or self-serve delivery; seeks sign-off on plan and outcomes.
• Applies AI-first delivery models; manages testing and certification requirements.
• Delivers product, capability, and services enablement programs and measures outcomes.
• Partners to plan ongoing training for new product delivery and adoption metrics.
• Gathers stakeholder feedback and collaborates cross-functionally on content.
