Job summary

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Lease Auditor.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of lease agreements, terms, and financial documents (landlord invoices, service charge budgets & reconciliation statements) to identify potential inaccuracies, discrepancies, and non‑compliance.
  • Prepare simple reports showing audit findings & recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Lease Administration to clarify lease terms and resolve complex lease‑related issues.
  • Liaise with landlords to clarify queries, negotiate recoveries.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients and landlords.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in real‑estate, audit, costs analysis, internal compliance or contract review is a must.
  • Fluent English.
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to independently conclude within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.

Location: Remote from Poland (Warsaw, POL)

Type of contract: contract of mandate/b2b – availability: full time
