Job summary

KION Business Services Polska, part of the KION Group, seeks a Process Manager Lease Accounting to safeguard accounting, processes and systems for leasing activities. You will be the IFRS lease accounting expert within KION reporting and coordinate with stakeholders across operating units and the Center of Excellence.

In this role, you design and implement group-wide processes, support SAP S/4 HANA projects, and maintain our lease accounting tools to enable day-to-day operations globally.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business administration or economics
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, preferably IFRS 15/16
• First professional experience in a finance environment
• Ideally experience with SAP FI/CO
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to travel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Curiosity for new technologies
• Collaborative team player with cross-cultural experience

Responsibilities

• Safeguard accounting, process and system for part of KION’s leasing activities
• Act as IFRS lease accounting expert and reflect leasing in KION reporting
• Point of contact for lease accounting and reporting within KION and Center of Excellence
• Ensure IFRS leasing figures are correct in monthly group reporting
• Help design and implement business directives and policies
• Support creation and control of group-wide end-to-end processes
• Analyze local process requirements to drive improvements
• Maintain and improve IFRS lease accounting tool and serve as key user
• Contribute to SAP S/4 HANA project, design and test new lease engines (SAP RE-FX)
• Support roll-in of local entities across the world
