Job summary

R.Power, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a Learning & Development Expert in Warsaw. You will shape the L&D strategy across the Group, develop the R.Power University program, and collaborate with Management Board on development needs. You will oversee end-to-end training, budget, and vendor relations within Ostendi HR.

You will operate in a hybrid model, with opportunities for international exposure through R.Power Abroad, and contribute to a dynamic, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Learning & Development or similar
• Experience designing training for specialists and managers
• Experience managing training budgets and vendors
• Experience with LMS platforms (Ostendi HR, SuccessFactors or similar)
• Strong knowledge of L&D trends and market
• Ability to strategize and deliver hands-on projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent Polish and English (min B2)
• Proficient MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Learning & Development Expert

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the Learning & Development strategy across the R.Power Group.
• Developing and continuously enhancing the R.Power University training programme.
• Identifying organizational development needs in partnership with the Management Board and managers.
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programmes.
• Managing end-to-end training processes, including vendors, logistics, communication, and documentation.
• Coordinating mandatory and compliance-related training initiatives.
• Managing the training budget and relationships with external training providers.
• Administering the training module within Ostendi HR.
• Maintaining and improving the Training Policy while supporting employees and managers in development planning.
• Collaborating with the People & Culture team on onboarding, performance reviews, and talent development programmes.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, including independent ownership of a development area or programs.
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs for both specialists and managers.
• Experience in training budget management and vendor cooperation.
• Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Ostendi HR, SuccessFactors, or similar).
• Good knowledge of the training market and current L&D trends.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on project delivery.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the renewable energy, energy, or another regulated industry.
• Experience in an international or matrix organization.
• Experience in designing onboarding programs and management academies.
• Training, facilitation, or coaching certifications.
