Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Degree/Honours/B Tech/B Eng in Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, leading continuous improvement programmes.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform for creating dashboards and interactive reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation.

  • Execute continuous improvement programmes across the business value chain network.
  • Lead key CI projects aligned with the overall CIP strategy and organisational goals.
  • Manage and improve WINS (Weir Integrated Network System) performance across the EMEA region.
  • Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications
  • B.Sc. Degree/Honours/B Tech/B Eng in Industrial Engineering.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, leading continuous improvement programmes.
