Job summary

Relativity is seeking a UX Engineer to enhance the user experience of RelativityOne. You will design and refine React-based interfaces, focusing on accessibility, usability, and consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UX engineering is required along with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern React practices. This hybrid/remote role offers flexibility and a competitive salary range of 225,000 to 337,000 PLN.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in UX engineering, frontend engineering, or a related field.
Experience building accessible and responsive React applications.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern React development practices.
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Experience participating in code reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to translate design intent into polished, production-ready user experiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to create intuitive user experiences.
Design, build, and refine React-based user interfaces with a focus on usability.
Improve interaction quality through thoughtful handling of workflows and accessibility.
Review and elevate AI-generated UI to ensure alignment with design standards.
Contribute reusable patterns and components that improve consistency across the platform.
Identify and address UX issues through prototyping and iteration.
Advocate for usability and experience quality throughout product development.
Mentor teams on UX best practices and AI-assisted UI development.
