Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Unity development across all studio projects – both the current product and upcoming titles.
- Manage the work of the Unity development team.
- Build and maintain technical processes and development standards for Unity.
- Make architectural decisions, maintain and improve the project structure across the studio.
- Mentor and guide the development team: assist with code reviews, provide structured feedback, and help resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage priorities and plan tasks within the team.
- Maintain a balance between technical quality and iteration speed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Game Design, Art, QA, Data).
What kind of professional are you looking for?
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Unity.
- Strong background in C#, solid knowledge of architectural patterns, and ability to design sustainable solutions.
- Hands-on experience in performance optimization, working with the asset pipeline, and integrating SDKs and third-party services.
- Experience in managing priorities and task planning.
- Strong communication skills: ability to clearly articulate goals, describe problems, and propose solutions while considering the team’s interests.
- Proven leadership skills: ability to establish processes and provide honest, constructive feedback.
Will be a plus
- 1+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
