Job summary

First Advantage is seeking an accomplished frontend engineer to design, develop, and deliver large-scale web applications. You will leverage TypeScript, Angular, and React to build reusable components and scalable architectures.

Ideal candidates have a strong focus on security, privacy, and compliance across the development lifecycle, and experience with AI-powered tools to drive quality and velocity. You will collaborate across teams to drive adoption of modern engineering practices.

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering large-scale, customer-facing web applications in production environments.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Angular, and React, with a deep understanding of modern frontend architectures, Web Components, and reusable design systems.
• Demonstrated experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle, including secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools to improve developer productivity, software quality, and delivery outcomes across the development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change, drive adoption of new technologies and engineering practices, and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
