Job summary

DHL Group seeks a Senior SAP Security Architect to lead our cloud security strategy within the Group CISO Architecture team. You will act as SME for Offensive SAP Security, guiding senior stakeholders, and shaping security standards across ECC/R3 and S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP offensive security exercises (red teaming) and SAP security assessments.
• At least 5 years of SAP security design, controls, standards, and authorization concepts.
• Experience defining baseline SAP configurations for ECC/R3 and S4/HANA.
• Experience with SAP security capabilities (Identity Provisioning, Credential Store, SAP Data Custodian, SAP HANA Security, SAP Access Control, SAP Cloud Identity Service).
• Several years of IT security experience across IAM, Data Security, and Network.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Advantage – SAP certifications in Enterprise Architect / Security Administrator / System Security Architect.

Responsibilities

• Be SME on Offensive SAP Security for senior stakeholders.
• Perform SAP Red Team exercises and plan long-running tests.
• Maintain documentation of red team activities and present findings to management.
• Stay updated on SAP security trends and threats.
• Manage stakeholder communications across IT and business.
• Assess SAP environments, identify gaps, and propose remediation plans.
• Develop global cyber security roadmap for SAP considering business and IT strategy.
• Define SAP security standards and baselines.
• Drive group-wide endorsement through clear communication.
