Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an SAP Test Automation Tester in Poland to improve test quality for SAP S/4HANA by developing and maintaining automated Tosca tests. You will work with functional, technical, and business teams to expand coverage and clearly communicate results.

The role requires hands-on Tosca automation experience, knowledge of SAP ERP processes and modules, and comfort working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Tosca test automation experience (3+ years).
• Experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated tests.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP processes and SAP Fiori.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP modules.
• Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery and software testing practices.
• Clear communication and ability to present findings to stakeholders.
• Presentation skills to facilitate discussions and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead test automation for SAP S/4HANA and defined non-SAP applications.
• Design, develop, execute, debug, and maintain automated tests using Tosca.
• Maintain Tosca automation scripts, modules, test cases, and suites as requirements change.
• Support execution of automated tests and report coverage and regression results.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and other test teams.
• Identify risks, communicate progress, and present actionable findings to stakeholders.
• Adapt test automation to Agile or hybrid delivery while maintaining quality.
