Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in User Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science or related field in digital product environments.
• Experience leading strategic analytics projects and setting priorities.
• Very good knowledge of statistical and analytical methods including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, cohort analysis, segmentation and causal inference.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and practical knowledge of Python.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Experience building scalable KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of metrics such as retention, DAU/MAU, ARPU, conversion, churn and engagement.
• Ability to interpret analysis results and translate into business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Product, Growth and Business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee experimentation process, define KPI, growth metrics and impact assessment methods.
• Design and analyze experiments using statistical methods, hypothesis testing, segmentation and cohort analysis.
• Develop scalable and consistent reporting supporting product decisions and growth initiatives.
• Set analytical priorities and project scope based on potential business impact.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior and identify growth mechanisms.
• Analyze long-term effects, dependencies and potential risks of changes.
• Translate analysis results into clear recommendations for product and business teams.
• Develop analytics quality standards and measurement of key product metrics.
