Job summary

Your Jared is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain internal platforms enabling scalable software delivery. You will drive AI-enabled platform capabilities including GenAI, AI agents, and AIOps to boost automation, reliability, and developer productivity across teams.

You will implement self-service deployment tooling, standard libraries, and platform integrations, ensuring high availability and optimal performance while improving developer experience with good docs,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in platform engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep) and GitOps (Flux, ArgoCD).
• Familiarity with Crossplane, Pulumi, and AWS Controllers for Kubernetes.
• Experience using internal developer platforms (Backstage, Humanitec, OpsLevel).
• Understanding of high availability, high performance multi-data center systems and hybrid cloud environments.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Knowledge of native AI cloud services (AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI).
• Ability to design, build, and operate AI agents and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with coding agents/tools (Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Trae, Antigravity).

Responsibilities
