Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Engineering Program Leader to own and drive advanced design programs for next-generation nuclear plants. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams?across engineering, business, and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with the company’s strategic vision.

The role emphasizes leadership, interface management, and risk-controlled execution in a high-stakes environment. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related science or technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in engineering design and/or project leadership.
• 6+ years of experience in the nuclear industry or equivalent large-scale new build experience in the power industry.

Responsibilities

• Report solid line to the General Manager, Design Engineering.
• Provide program leadership for on-time, on-budget design programs.
• Establish and manage the technical interface between all internal and external parties.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal managers and stakeholders.
• Interface with external partners, customers, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Develop estimates and schedules; manage change orders and corrective actions.
• Coordinate interfaces across disciplines to resolve technical issues.
• Report progress, performance and manpower utilization to leadership.
