Oxagile, LLC seeks a senior backend lead to own design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. You will craft cloud-native SaaS on .NET, build scalable microservices, and drive DevOps and Azure-based deployments across multi-tenant environments.

The role emphasizes architecture, observability, security, and collaboration with product and DevOps to deliver robust, scalable solutions for a US-based global client base.

Qualifications

• Hands-on backend software development with at least 10 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core and backend service design.
• Proven ability to build cloud-native SaaS with microservices.
• Solid knowledge of REST, distributed systems, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, Storage, Service Bus, Event Grid).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git and DevOps practices.
• Strong design principles: SOLID and clean architecture.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership on a large, complex platform
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies
• Build and evolve cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS applications with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and availability
• Develop and roll out new features, including plugin integrations for various devices
• Implement microservices-based solutions using RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns
• Develop and maintain services on Microsoft Azure using native cloud services, including Managed Identity setup
• Set up observability and distributed tracing, work with logs, and analyze service-to-service communication
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability through best practices and design patterns
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards, tools, and processes
