Qualifications

  • Experience in battery pack assembly industrialization is preferred.
  • Curious, creative, persuasive, and able to overcome roadblocks.

Responsibilities

  • Specify and validate the production equipment designs.
  • Act as the machinery project leader in front of suppliers.
  • Provide support to factories in case of poor performance.
