Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an Electrical Engineer specializing in Primary Circuits design to join our Power Systems team in Kraków. You will work on HV substations (AIS/GIS) up to 420 kV, develop engineering specs, perform critical calculations, and drive multidisciplinary coordination with clients and suppliers.

You will contribute to green energy transition through leading design, building permits, and detailed design processes while collaborating with a global team of power system engineers on major

Qualifications

• Hold a PhD or MSc in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge on Primary Circuits of HV Substations.
• Knowledge of 3D Modeling and BIM Methodology.
• Thrives with managing stakeholders and expanding network.
• Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions with clients.
• Eager to contribute to green energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering specifications and technical documentation for Primary Circuits of AIS and GIS Substations up to 420 kV.
• Prepare necessary calculations (e.g. earthing, lightning protection).
• Prepare Bill of Materials and Bill of Quantities.
• Prepare Building Design and Detailed Design, including Building Permit.
• Coordinate and drive multidisciplinary cooperation.
• Lead technical reviews and agreements with Clients and Suppliers.
• Deliver consulting services and advice to Clients and Customers.
