Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Lead Senior Authorised Person (SAP) to manage HV/MV/LV switching, isolation, energisation, and commissioning for offshore wind projects in Poland. The role requires leadership of Transmission Specialists and Operators, and governance of Electrical Safety Rules across onshore and offshore scopes.

Applicants should have HV experience, Polish regulatory knowledge, and strong English communication. Site-based, onshore/offshore, with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or a closely related field.
• Professional qualification as Authorised Person (AP) with HV scope preferred.
• Extensive experience in HV/MV/LV switching, isolation, energisation, and safety rules.
• Proven leadership of Transmission Specialists, APs and operators.
• Strong knowledge of Polish electrical regulations and RAMS reviews.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project Lead Senior Authorised Person for HV/MV/LV scope.
• Lead and coordinate electrical safety rules, permits, and safety instructions.
• Oversee switching, isolation, energisation, and commissioning activities.
• Develop resource plans and rotas for electrical personnel onshore and offshore.
• Review RAMS, method statements, and switching programmes for safety compliance.
• Provide training and mentoring on electrical safety to team members.
