Job summary

EY is inviting applications for an ESG Analyst (Supervising Associate) to join our Environmental Social Governance Services (ESGS) Team. The role supports our Sustainable Procurement program across Travel, Meetings and Events and Real Estate sourcing, and enhances learning, engagement and reporting capabilities.

You will conduct ESG supplier assessments and audits, collaborate with sourcing teams to strengthen ESG strategies, and design EY’s annual Responsible Sourcing Week learning sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and data presentation experience.
• Proven experience in ESG supplier assessments and results analysis.
• Certifications or education in ESG, sustainability or sustainable procurement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sustainable Procurement Lead in ESG supplier assessments, audits and engagement.
• Collaborate with Travel, Meetings and Events and Real Estate sourcing teams to enhance ESG strategies and reporting.
• Design and deliver EY’s annual ‘Responsible Sourcing Week’ learning sessions.
• Conduct annual policy reviews including the EY Sustainable Sourcing Framework and Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Stay informed on relevant regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
• Create detailed sustainability reports and support educational events for suppliers and staff.
