Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Lead Engineer to join the Innovation tribe within IT. You will lead design and implementation of innovative technical solutions for Euroclear's market infrastructure, mentor a team, and drive adoption of cloud and data opportunities while ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle from concept to deployment and contribute to strategic roadmaps. The role requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, hands-on .NET and Azure cloud expertise,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Hands-on knowledge with .NET technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud, preferably Azure
• Good knowledge of CI/CD, IaC and observability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
