Job summary

Tenarai Europe seeks an experienced Senior/Lead engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI agents and LLM-based solutions for internal use. You will run enablement activities, including sessions and reusable materials, while supporting internal customers.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration, plus strong communication skills for both written and live explanations. GCP and GitHub workflows are part of the daily environment.

Qualifications

• Senior or Lead level engineer able to own delivery end-to-end without supervision.
• Practical experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks or orchestration, beyond prototyping.
• Comfortable explaining technical work to engineers who have not used it before, in writing and live.
• Working knowledge of GCP and GitHub-based development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents and LLM-based solutions for internal use.
• Run the technical side of enablement: sessions, walkthroughs, examples and reusable material for adoption by others.
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams adopting these solutions, from first question to working implementation.

Project info:

The role sits in the Enablement team. The team does enablement work and also does technical work and develops solutions, and this position covers both sides.

The technical part is building AI agents. The enablement part is training others and supporting internal customers.

Both sides are mandatory. Without the enablement side the person will not be successful in this team, and without AI experience the person will struggle as well.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship AI agents and LLM-based solutions for internal use
• Run the technical side of enablement: sessions, walkthroughs, worked examples and reusable material that lets other engineers adopt the same tooling
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams adopting these solutions, from first question through to working implementation
• Work in GCP and GitHub as the standard environment

Job requirements:

• Senior or Lead level engineer, able to own delivery of a solution end to end without supervision
• Practical experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks or orchestration, beyond prototyping
