Job Description
  • Managing a team of electronics engineers and embedded systems developers.
  • Planning, prioritizing, and supervising the execution of R&D projects in the area of electronics and embedded software.
  • Ensuring compliance of projects with standards and requirements for medical devices (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
  • Collaboration with the mechanics, QA, V&V, and regulatory departments.
  • Developing and implementing design processes, technical reviews, and documentation standards.
  • Mentoring and developing the technical competencies of the team.
  • Supporting recruitment, evaluation, and development of team members.
  • Reporting project progress and risks to the R&D Director.
The Successful Applicant
  • Higher technical education (electronics, automation, computer science, telecommunications, or related fields).
  • At least 5 years of experience in electronics design or embedded software development, including a minimum of 2 years in a team leader or manager role.
  • Knowledge of electronic circuit design, microcontroller systems, and embedded software (C/C++).
  • Experience in a regulated environment (preferred: medical, automotive, or aerospace sectors).
  • Ability to plan and coordinate work across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on results and quality.
