Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Lead Drupal Developer to join our European team, supporting Drupal-based platforms for international public institutions. You will work at the intersection of technology, content architecture and UX, delivering accessible and maintainable CMS solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality, security and scalability in complex, multi-country delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Drupal development or site-building, with EU institutions experience.
• Strong Drupal content types, taxonomy, menus, views, roles and permissions knowledge.
• Experience with PHP, Twig, Composer, Drush, Git and modern Drupal practices.
• Experience with multilingual content platforms and accessibility considerations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Drupal pages, content structures, templates and reusable components.
• Translate IA and content models into Drupal structures, including content types and taxonomies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content designers and stakeholders on delivery.
• Support editorial workflows, content governance and publishing within CMS environments.
• Contribute to multilingual and accessibility-conscious content delivery and QA activities.
