Job summary
GFT Poland is seeking a Tech Lead DevOps Engineer to lead DevOps initiatives for a large-scale surveillance platform in Kraków. You will drive automation, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ensure secure, compliant deployments across environments.
You will collaborate with engineering teams in Agile sprints, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and enhance platform reliability using Python, Groovy, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform and Airflow. Strong Linux and cloud skills are required.
Qualifications
- Strong DevOps background with cloud infrastructure delivery.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience with security and compliance in cloud environments.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash and Groovy.
Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps delivery across multiple environments.
- Build and maintain large-scale cloud infrastructure and services.
- Design automation solutions for infrastructure and operations.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Improve platform reliability, security and performance.
- Drive DevSecOps practices and regulatory compliance.
- Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Mentor engineers in DevOps best practices.
