Luxoft Poland is seeking a seasoned DevOps/SRE Lead to drive enterprise-scale infrastructure and automation initiatives in a Wealth Management regulatory reporting project.

You will operate Azure and Kubernetes platforms, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Helm, and build GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines to support high-volume data archiving and system integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE leadership experience.
• Hands-on Azure and Kubernetes expertise.
• Proficient with Terraform and Helm.
• Experience with GitOps/CI/CD pipelines.
• Enterprise-scale distributed systems and secret management.

Job description

Project is related to regulatory reporting for one of Clients from Wealth Management Banking area. We are using Linux/Unix & .Net technologies. We also plan to start necessary development activities related to integrate existing solution with a newly created umbrella system used for high volume data archiving.

Responsibilities:

• Operate with Azure and Kubernetes platforms at enterprise scale.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Helm.
• Built GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Over 5 years od DevOps / SRE experience as Lead
• Strong Azure and Kubernetes with hands-on strong experience
• Hands on with Terraform, Helm, GitOps / CI/CD
• Enterprise-scale experience Grafana & Prometheus, distributed systems architecture and secret mgmt. solutions
