Acxiom is seeking a Data Engineer to design and build components of enterprise services, focusing on integration, data provisioning, reporting, and analytics. The role involves mentoring teams, leading complex assignments, and ensuring alignment with IT strategy and Acxiom goals.

The candidate will design schemas and ETL processes across platforms, participate in architecture reviews, and collaborate with business partners and IT to support analytics across HR, Finance, and other domains.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience developing DB schemas and ETLs.
• Proficient in T-SQL, Python, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, XSLT, and integration tools.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and BPM; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication across technical and business audiences.
