Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Cloud Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage Azure-based network infrastructure for global clients. You will lead architecture initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, scalable connectivity across virtual networks, VPN gateways, and security groups.

Hybrid by design, with remote work options inside Poland and opportunities to work abroad on assignments. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and English proficiency (B2) are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Azure networking, including virtual networks, network security groups, and network services.
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Expertise in network security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and encryption.
• Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure network architectures and security controls.
• Configure Azure network services (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, VPN Gateway).
• Ensure compliance across all Azure components.
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration of applications with Azure network services.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize configurations.
