A global leader in sustainable energy solutions in Szczecin is looking for a Training Engineer to enhance training materials for wind turbine blade production, focusing on modern digital systems. Suitable candidates should have a degree in manufacturing engineering and substantial training experience. The Training team is responsible for creating and managing process‑specific training materials, including videos and documentation, as well as developing and maintaining the training roadmap, covering key PFMEA elements. The team supports implementation of training at specific sites as needed. It consists of 1–2 engineers and is part of the larger Lay‑up Department, which includes 10–16 highly skilled engineers divided into five teams: Process, Tooling, Documentation, Operational Support, and Training
You will play a key role in developing and improving training materials for wind turbine blade production, with a focus on modern digital systems and process visualization. You will ensure training is practical and engaging, tailored to factory employees, and support their learning and performance on the shop floor
