Job summary

Euroclear Poland seeks a Senior Citizen Developer / Citizen AI Developer to design, build and sustain business-owned tools that automate KYT processes. You will work at the intersection of KYT operations, data, reporting, automation and AI use cases, reducing manual work and strengthening controls.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in citizen development, automation, data analysis, reporting, BI or a similar role.
• Practical experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel/VBA, Access or comparable tooling.
• Translate business needs into simple, useful and controlled automation or reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis knowledge, or willingness to develop these skills.
• Ability to turn business data into tools, dashboards, insights and actions.
• Knowledge of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Python, notebooks or AI-enabled solutions is a strong asset.
• Experience as a Citizen Developer or Citizen AI Developer at Euroclear is expected or preferred.
• Active participation in communities such as WeConnect, Power Platform, Power BI, Data or Citizen Developer communities is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Euroclear’s data and application landscape is a plus.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the KYT low-code/no-code tooling roadmap.
• Design, build, improve and document KYT tools using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel/VBA, Access, Copilot, Copilot Studio or other solutions.
• Translate KYT business needs into automation, reporting and tooling solutions.
• Maintain a portfolio of citizen-developed solutions supporting transaction monitoring, profiling, trigger events and KYT reviews.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Use SQL and Euroclear core data to feed, validate and improve KYT tools, dashboards and automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting products.
• Explore and deliver practical Citizen AI use cases to improve KYT review efficiency, quality and risk focus.
• Document solution design, access logic, controls, testing evidence, change logs and handover material.
• Contribute to operational tool governance and ensure KYT-built solutions remain controlled and auditable.
• Collaborate with IT, GBS, Pega, data teams and Citizen Developer communities to stay aligned with standards.
• Support adoption by helping colleagues understand and use the tools delivered.

The team

The Know Your Transaction team is part of CBS KART. The team performs transaction monitoring, profiling, trigger events, red flag and ad-hoc KYC/KYT reviews. These reviews assess whether client activity is in line with the client profile and expected business relationship. They help confirm expected activity and identify unusual patterns that may point to AML concerns or other financial crime risks.To support this work, KYT is strengthening its tooling, automation and data capabilities. The team needs business-owned solutions that are practical, controlled, well documented and easy to use by analysts.

Role

As KYT Citizen Developer / Citizen AI Developer, the role holder will design, build, improve and maintain business-owned tools and automation solutions for KYT.The role is at the intersection of KYT operations, data, reporting, automation and practical AI use cases. The objective is to reduce manual work, improve consistency, strengthen controls and help analysts focus on the cases where expert judgement adds most value.The role holder will work closely with KYT colleagues, KART stakeholders, IT, GBS, Pega, data teams and Citizen Developer communities to make sure KYT solutions are useful, controlled and aligned with Euroclear standards.

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Own and maintain the KYT low-code/no-code tooling roadmap.
• Design, build, improve and document KYT tools using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel/VBA, Access, Copilot, Copilot Studio or other relevant solutions.

Technical skills and experience

• You have a master’s degree in a field where data, technology, finance, economics, engineering or business processes are relevant.
• You have relevant experience in citizen development, automation, data analysis, reporting, business intelligence or a similar role.
• You have practical experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel/VBA, Access or comparable tooling.
• You can translate business needs into simple, useful and controlled automation or reporting solutions.
• You have good SQL and data analysis knowledge, or strong willingness to further develop these skills.
• You can work with business data and turn it into tools, dashboards, insights and actions.
