Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect and Service Domain Architecture Lead to guide the KYC architecture within the Financial Crime Prevention team. The role spans Finland and Poland, reporting to the Head of FCP Architecture, with a focus on defining target architectures and roadmaps for KYC in alignment with Nordea standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of technical capabilities in workflow & case management, microservices, integration patterns, event management, ML/AI, data lake, cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level solution approaches and architecture deliverables (principles, standards, target/transition architectures).
• Drive solution design and data integration with other domains ensuring reusability and alignment with strategy.
• Participate in architecture governance forums and document decisions to ensure transparent processes.
• Provide advisory and proof-of-concepts for new initiatives with solution architects.
• Serve as architecture authority in vendor and technology selection.
