Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit is hiring a Marketing Manager for Knee Reconstruction, based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or Warsaw, IN. You will lead downstream commercialization strategies for the ATTUNE Knee platform, owning programs end-to-end and guiding surgeon education, campaigns, and launch readiness.

You will collaborate with Sales, Upstream Marketing, Medical Affairs, Global Education, and R&D, driving growth, competitive positioning, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, and/or commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver marketing programs end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building performance dashboards and translating data into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling clinical and commercial narratives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the ATTUNE Knee platform.
• Develop field enablement tools and partner with regional teams to align campaigns with priorities.
• Lead go-to-market launches, training materials, and post-launch tracking frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Sales, Global Education, R&D, and Supply Chain.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
