Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking a data-driven analyst to analyze and manage the current assortment and create new assortment within the Kits direction. This involves collecting and analyzing data, developing and testing hypotheses, and striving to maximize the revenue of the direction.

You will perform deep-dive analyses, support assortment strategy, manage category execution, maintain documentation in Jira/Confluence, and visualize performance with PowerBI or Metabase, collaborating across departments to

Qualifications

High level of analytical skills and logical reasoning.
Experience in setting tasks for technical teams and managing delivery pipelines.
Fluent in English; Russian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis Detective Work: perform deep-dive analysis to find information and growth opportunities using Excel and BI systems.
Assortment Strategy Support: assist in managing product assortment and hypothesis testing to optimize category performance.
Category Execution: manage operational aspects of the Kits category to deliver practical results.
Documentation Process Maintenance: create and maintain project documentation and update Jira/Confluence.
Reporting Visualization: consolidate data and visualize performance with PowerBI or Metabase.
Cross-functional Collaboration: communicate across departments to align on goals and resolve blockers.
Technical Task Management: write clear requirements for developers/analysts and monitor progress.
