Tasks & Responsibilities

Travel Requirements: ~40 % travel within territory

  • Hunt for new business—generate leads, pursue prospects, and build long-term client partnerships
  • Set ambitious sales targets, analyze performance data, and forecast growth to contribute to company-wide goals
  • Represent the company with confidence and expertise in Poland, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Actively research market trends and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and position our solutions effectively
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and deliver customized, value-driven solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and company quotas through relentless focus and executionOversee month-end and year-end closing processes related to sales and client accounts
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
  • Proven track record in FMCG (non-food) sales
  • A true sales hunter with a proven track record in business development or market expansion
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for performance.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and a service-driven mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Fluent in Polish and English
