A dynamic automotive company in Poland is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager/Specialist to join its innovative sales team. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key customers and ensuring their needs align with the company’s strategic goals. The role involves analysis of customer data, driving profitability, and improving customer satisfaction, all while collaborating cross-functionally. This position offers a hybrid work model and requires a degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager/Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative sales team.
Mode: hybrid (1day HO per week)
As a Key Account Manager/Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers. You act as the central point of contact, ensuring customer needs are fully understood and addressed while aligning these needs with the company's strategic goals. By effectively managing communication, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering tailored solutions, you help drive customer satisfaction and account profitability. Your role involves analyzing customer data, identifying growth opportunities, and proactively addressing any issues to build lasting partnerships and support the overall growth of the business.
Audit Support: Facilitate and support various audits, including TS or VDA audits, development audits, engineering audits, logistics audits, process audits, financial audits, and warranty audits.
Profitability Management: Drive and monitor account profitability by focusing on key financial metrics such as Gross Margin and EBIT.
Customer Satisfaction Improvement: Analyze customer scorecards and implement actionable strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
RFQ Analysis: Evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from customers and provide comprehensive guidelines for the preparation of cost estimates.
Data Management: Manage access to customer intranet sites and ensure the internal distribution of the latest customer data, especially when reaching key business milestones.
Requirement Transmission: Efficiently communicate and transfer new customer requirements to the relevant internal teams as soon as they are received.
Reporting: Oversee all customer-facing reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Program Management: Actively participate in program management review meetings to drive project success and alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing department to align strategies and objectives across the organization.
A university degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of the job responsibilities.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
