We are looking for motivated and passionate Junior Software Engineer to join our App Runtime team. Our area of expertise encompasses building a wide variety of tools for other developers to use in their respective Splunk stacks. We, as engineers, create the building blocks and/or environments for other engineers to implement and use. Your contributions will create a robust, adaptable and advanced user friendly development experience. Enrich and empower others to their fullest potential.
This role requires cross-team collaboration with our product management, user experience, and documentation teams, as well as technical leaders from other engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Strong motivation to learn and improve technical skills.
Software engineering experience in SaaS application development.
Experience in Go in a production environment.
Knowledge about Docker , Kubernetes and other container technologies.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of operating system (preferably Linux) inner-workings.
Strong communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written.
