Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients across diverse industries.
  • Identify and qualify prospects, maintaining a healthy and well-structured sales pipeline.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on digital solutions, including online advertising, cloud technologies, and business tools.
  • Negotiate offers, address objections, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and optimize client campaigns, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to design tailored solutions and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively share best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Czech/Slovak (C1+) and English (B2+).
  • Strong motivation for sales, account development, and customer success.
  • Tech-savvy and able to adapt to digital platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Kraków or Warsaw (if not already based there).
  • Availability to start from November.
