A leading software company is looking for a Junior Sales Operations Analyst in Poland to support the sales team by managing CRM data, improving sales processes, and providing training. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in sales support, strong communication skills, and a self-starter attitude. This role is predominantly office-based, requiring in-office presence once a week.

The role of the Junior Sales Operations Analystforms part of the Global Sales Operations team and focuses on supporting sales through the Opportunity Management lifecycle of a deal and proactively monitoring and highlighting opportunity hygiene issues (for example, sales stage, quote expiry, close date, forecast category, start date). This role requires you to be in the office once a week.
